I liked the article about the ominous IT labor shortage that is being predicted. It is not only IT that might bear the brunt, but by 2008 even BPO employees would be hard to find. The primary reasons attributed are the rising attrition rates, remuneration packages, and more important - the densely packed companies in one low cost center. Bombay, Chennai and Bangalore are already saturated with BPO firms. The need of the hour is to find fresh and untapped talent at other places in India like Chandigarh, Indore, Nagpur et al.
