Our Quality statement under ISO reads,

At Vital Link Outsourcing this statement is not just a compilation of words put up on posters, but is directly driven by the CEO at all levels.

We recognize that a company database can provide optimum utility only if it is accurate, available at the right time and user friendly. Our endeavor is to improve on both these standards and get assessed at higher levels.*

What this simply means is that,

• Our processes are well documented.

• Our Team members are trained in the processes.
• We capture the adherence to the processes and deviations, if any, are monitored.
• Our compliance is audited periodically by KPMG as the external auditors.

We follow a well laid down “Quality Management System” published for our business, which helps us achieve controls, manage our organization, and customer expectations. These standards cover project acquisition, production to delivery and associated support functions.

*Notes:

• The new standard called services Capability Model (eSCM) proposed and designed by Carnegie Mellon University contains a set of practices that address the entire outsourcing process, and seek to aid IT-enabled outsourcing service providers to form, manage and improve outsourcing relationships.
• Sigma 5.35 indicates less than 59 defects per million
