- Our production facilities are ISO 9001:2000 Quality certified. The ISO 9001:2000 assures adherence to strict Quality Standards which results in higher Quality Outputs and greater customer satisfaction. Our Internal quality processes are at eSCM level 4 and at Sigma 5.35. Our endeavor is to improve on both these standards and get assessed at higher levels.
- We have a scalable capacity of 2880 man-hours per day, working round the clock to manage larger volumes and are in
the process of adding 1200 additional man-hours per day to cope up with ever-increasing work flowing from USA and Europe.
- Vital Link Outsourcing is run by a group of professionals, with extensive experience of
over 8 years in the domain of electronic data and document conversion. Our expertise is based on years of insight in this segment, we have worked our way through the first generation of personal computers to this day and age where computers have made drastic improvements from its basic processing capabilities.
- We have our own proprietary software for managing Quality Control and Work Flow processes, designed to ensure 99.995% accuracy. Also to ensure these high accuracy levels, we have developed a comprehensive 3 stage Statistical Quality Control System (SQC).
- Office space encompasses over 8000 Sq. Feet, which houses most modern environment and technology for execution of projects.
- More than 75 workstations functioning in 3 shifts
at each of our 3
sites, 24 hrs and 7 days a week.
- Backup systems with 50 KVA & 5 KVA UPS (offline) with 8 hrs standby
time to handle workload during power cuts.
- To support the above systems, lighting without any break. The UPS
system is supported by a high capacity Diesel Power Generator Set. Combination
of this ensures that there is no power shut down at any point of time to the
Work Floor on a 24 X 7 basis.
