Communication between the vendor and the outsourcer is very important during the execution of an offshore outsourcing program. The processes used to manage communication are described in this section.

While the program is being executed it is important to know the status of the program as per the initial plan made. The Program Status Report template will help the program members to log the status of the program and take necessary actions.
