Management Team

Aji is a double graduate from the University of Kerala having completed his Bachelors in Arts as well as in Computer Science.

Aji has a rich experience of 10 years of hands on production management. Prior to joining Vital Link Outsourcing he has held similar key positions with leading Offshore Service Bureaus. His people management & process management skills have helped to improve overall efficiency of our production processes. He has led and coached teams ranging from 20 to 400 people and was instrumental in driving several project based initiatives to complete client satisfaction.

Aji is the one single person to ensure that all of our clients get their jobs within the committed Turn Around Time. In order to do this he is 24/7 hands on involved in production planning and work allocation across 3 shifts, at 3 locations and with over 400 operators over multiple projects.

He also drives productivity and accuracy by ensuring that the best practices and methodologies in data capture and associated technologies are pressed to the clients advantage on a consistent basis. He is responsible for  interacting with the in house Programming Team for creating process department tools when required. Aji proactively plans and provides monthly projections on staff and training requirements to HR and ensures that training tools at use are adequate enough to train staff for the process department’s requirements. Aji has also received the "Best ISO Auditor" certificate from KPMG.
