Education Amol Shet has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Bombay. He has done his Advanced Diploma in RDBMS and is currently pursuing a course in Company Secretary ship and Management Institute Certification. |

Amol has senior management experience of over 10 years in Document conversion, content management, E-publishing, multimedia and BPO voice/non-voice operations. He has had intensive start up experience in building world class organizations from the ground up. He has led and coached teams from the size of 50 to 1400 people at Vice President level for successful delivery to Europe and US clients. He has successfully initiated and implemented processes and procedures for creating the framework of development life-cycle of several turnkey projects. Having been a Management Representative for successful ISO 9001 implementations; he has also been instrumental in spearheading growth initiatives successfully across various companies he was worked for. Amol has also been responsible to create a work model within which Projects Managers work for project goals, work plans, timelines and implementation strategies and develop a project plans for project is monitoring. Contribution to Vital Link Outsourcing Amol's role to Vital Link Outsourcing is critical to Project Migration. At Vital Link Outsourcing we recognize that Outsourcing initiatives can fail due to faulty project migration. Amol plays a Vital role in this area by ascertaining that existing methodologies meet and exceed efficacy metrics to ensure the project is bedded down as soon as possible and starts delivering value to the clients. He makes sure that project coordination is top priority across all projects and ensures SLA levels are adhered to for all project deliveries.
