Mumbai, INDIA. 6th  October 2003 - After a rigorous one-year internal evaluation and training process, Bombay, India based Vital Link Outsourcing, has graduated to ISO 9001:2000 Certification. The certificate, which is valid until September 2006, is awarded by the KPMG Quality Registrar. This represents a quality system that meets the requirements of the International Quality Management Standards, ISO 9001 series.
