Vital Link Outsourcing enters the year 2006

Pune, India. 28th February 2006 - Vital Link Outsourcing has had an eventful year so far expanding its facilities and increasing its employee strength to 400.

We have ramped up our existing operations to support increased volumes from existing clients. This move has been a direct result of our existing client’s continued trust in our deliveries.

New software initiatives were introduced where we saw the introduction of the Batch Flow Monitor. This in house designed software allows for tracking of processes on the work floor which in turn creates transparency to the process. Our in-house created and programmed KFI tools were also created to facilitate the ease of flow on the production floor. These tools are responsible for the ease of data capture through the floor and are capable of customizing multiple templates required for this data capture. These tools support the system to ensure high levels of accuracy and create a positive environment for good time management. 

In 2006 Vital Link Outsourcing’s achievements included:

  • Quality at Level 4 of eSCM and Sigma 5.35
    • (assures less than 45 errors in 1,000,000 entries)
