The BPO forum is a pan Pune body aimed at addressing issues faced by the BPO Industry in Pune. The forum is chaired by Mr. Deepak Shikarpur, IT evangelist and a leading IT personality in Pune. Mr. Deepak Shikarpur, Chair person of the BPO forum and author of BPO Digest
Mr. Deepak Shikarpur is an IT evangelist and activist based in Pune. He works as an Executive Director of the Computer Society of India, chairs the BPO forum and has also authored the book BPO Digest. The BPO Digest consists of a compendium of articles contributed by various authors aimed at coaching and mentoring an aspiring entrepreneur whose eyes are set on entering the BPO sector. Mr. Shikarpur is also a fellow of the Maharashtra Academy of Science.
