At a well attended function held at the premises of I²IT at Hinjewadi, Pune, a compendium of articles titled BPO Digest was released at the hands of Dr. Vijay Bhatkar best known as the architect of the Param series of super computers in India. 

The book is authored by Deepak Shikarpur IT evangelist and consists of a compendium of articles contributed by various authors aimed at coaching and mentoring an aspiring entrepreneur whose eyes are set on entering the BPO sector. 

Mr. P Venkat has the distinguishing characteristic of having contributed the maximum amount of articles in this book. The 3 articles contributed by Mr. P. Venkat are “Guidelines of setting up a BPO business” “Targeting Customers” and the last being “Vital Link Outsourcing” that describes the trials and tribulations of setting up and growing a 3rd party BPO in Pune, India.
