Education: Graduated in Commerce from Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics in the year 1975. After graduation pursued articleship with G.N.Joshi & Co. Chartered Accountants. During Articleship he was the member of the Students Council of Western India Regional Council. After passing Chartered Accountancy started practice in the name of N.S.Bhargava & Co.

Key Competencies: Mr. Bhargava, during the last 29 years has gained wide experience in the field of loan syndication, Merchant Banking, Management of Public issues etc. He is a regular contributor at CA, Income Tax and other seminars and has written various articles for magazines & newspapers. He is also the Promoter and Director of Shell Transource Ltd. (STL), one of India’s biggest Domestic BPO in the field of Transaction processing, which directly or indirectly employs about 3000 people.

Education: After having completed her Bachelors of Sciences (Chemistry) from Bombay University, Ms Varalakshmi pursued her Bachelors of Law (L.L.B) from the Government Law College in Bombay. Having achieved a third rank in her L.L.B, she went on to be a Solicitor from The Bombay Incorporated Law Society.
